This Week’s Edition

To celebrate this two-year milestone, I’m highlighting our proprietary coaching approach: Performance Intelligence: thoughts lead to actions… actions lead to results. The four newsletters I chose reflect this maxim to a tee. Enjoy!

Clarify Your Thinking

Design the Leadership Life You Want to Live (#94)

RESULTS: Are you in need of changing your leadership life? What’s it costing you to go with the status quo? Here are 11 pro tips you can easily adopt to significantly transform your leadership effectiveness and success. Start with the end in mind by determining what results you want to achieve.

Hope Is Not A Strategy. (#90)

BELIEF: If thoughts lead to actions and actions to results, one leader once asked, “Robin, where is belief?” Great question. Belief is crucial. It promotes the hope that motivates the work to be done. Hope is the spark that fuels the optimism to achieve your greatest professional vision.

Thoughts Lead to Actions

The Five Types of Doubt (#38)

THOUGHTS: To deal with doubt conventional wisdom says, fake it ‘til you make it or just look confident. This approach does not address the underlying thinking and leaves leaders suffering aimlessly or settling for doubtful leadership. Read about the Five Types of Leadership Doubt and the specific solutions for each.

Small Things Matter! (#81)

ACTIONS: Actions are the key. Without the “doing” part you cannot achieve your results. To take your leadership game to the next level you’ve got to get good at what you are supposed to be good at. That takes action on your part. The game is won in the small things done consistently.  Effort over time.

Boost Your Performance

As their guide to get to the other side, I live to help leaders find clarity in their thinking and the smartest strategies to achieve their greatest professional vision. Thank you to my team for helping me pursue that mission every day. Thank you to you for reading our newsletter and sharing it with others who are served by the message.

What is “The Confident Leader”?

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, I began a video series called “Panic or Plan?” It was designed to equip leaders to navigate the doubt they experienced and to rise in the confidence they needed to lead during turbulent times. It took off. I then started this newsletter to equip leaders in the same fashion each week for the doubt that crashes across the bow of their leaderSHIP.
